Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through the collection, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "CHECK OUT NOW" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Returns Policy
We maintain a 30 day returns policy. We will arrange a full refund of the full price you paid (excluding outward delivery charges) if you contact our Customer Services on customerservices@pinkyaccessories.com explaining that you wish to return the product purchased within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Please make sure that you inform us of the order number, product description, reason for return and whether you require a replacement or refund; and correct mailing address. If your request a refund then a cheque will be made payable to the purchaser of the product. Alternatively if you request a replacement product then our Customer Services will endeavour to the best of our ability an exact replacement product however if this is not available then you will be given the choice of a suitable replacement product.
