This practical introduction to jewellery-making for beginners is led by one of the staple names on the fashion jewellery circuit, Claire Aristides.

On this 1-day workshop, learn how to make your own iconic charm bracelet, dangling chandelier earrings to über long pendant necklaces. Always one for inspiring individual creativity, Claire offers a variety of skills and techniques for all levels so that beginner to advanced can progress.

Students learn how to:

- Design and make their own piece of jewellery on the day

- Understand the correct tools and equipment for different materials

- Understand different beads and components.

- Learn important techniques such as wire wrapping, crimping, dyeing metals and beads,

attaching clasps and decorative finishes.

- Understand jewellery in the fashion context, working with vintage and contemporary materials.

- Develop their own creative and signature style.
